Wedding Day Necessities

While your planner should have all the necessary essentials in case of emergency (i.e. safety pins, deodorant, tide pen, etc.) there are things that you may want to consider having as well!

That photographer will be following you all morning, so don't you want to be sure you and your bridesmaids are photo ready? No sloppy clothes for you! Why not coordinate something that will be comfortable and won't risk messing up anyone's hair or makeup. There's always the traditional robes if you're staying put while getting ready, but for bridal parties who may be traveling in between appointments or want something different why not try this:

Monogrammed oversized shirts are easy to remove, comfortable, and different! The Bride may wear a white one monogrammed in her wedding colors, while the bridesmaids may wear blue or a wedding color complementing! Including the date on the sleeve is a sweet touch. This is an entirely appropriate option to wear in public with shorts and sandals or even jeans! And the best part is they make great sleep shirts for everyone!

Your bridesmaids will also be toting around their clothes, shoes, makeup and accessories all day long from place to place. Why not include a monogrammed tote for their essentials. This prevents extra attention to a bunch of large random bags, and looks coordinated. Lastly, once everyone gets their bridesmaid dresses in the same room you'd be surprised how similar they start to look! So as a last favor include one of these simple satin plush hangers with a tag tied to it matching the wedding print with each Bridesmaids name on it.

Megan + Beau Rehearsal Dinner

We brought a little bit of the Colorado Mountain elegance to Dallas, TX this weekend.

Between the beautiful earth tones and warm amber accents it is easy to say guests experienced a charming and welcoming atmosphere in which to share in the excitement of the day to follow for this happy couple.

Live succulents provided the perfect unique accent to the white hydrangea and rose arrangements.

An entry table covered in greenery, birch logs, and these beautiful succulents set the tone for the elegant dinner to follow set just through the sheer curtain screen.

*TIP from Emily Clarke: If a space is too large for your party- an easy and affordable option is to drape the room into 2 smaller spaces. We created a cocktail space and true intimate dining space. It also helps to provide a  "peekaboo" effect  allowing your guests just a hint of whats to come.
